The Community Resource Center team is dedicated to our mission of providing basic essentials to our neighbors in Middle Tennessee facing disaster or a time of crisis. Our team is committed to embodying the values of the CRC in all activities.

Relationships are based on collaboration and respect. Resources are leveraged in a manner that is strategic and cost effective in order to achieve the mission and goals of the Community Resource Center.

Current Opportunities

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will have overall strategic and operational responsibility for CRC staff, programs, expansion, and execution of its mission. She or he will have and continue to develop deep knowledge of the field, core programs, operations, community need, and strategies to support a thriving nonprofit. Director of Development

The Community Resource Center is seeking a passionate and results-driven Director of Development to lead its fundraising and donor engagement efforts. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will play a critical part in expanding CRC’s reach, strengthening donor relationships, and securing the financial resources necessary to sustain and grow the organization’s impact. Development Manager

The Community Resource Center is seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Development Manager to help advance our mission through exceptional event execution and donor stewardship. This position will play a key role in CRC’s development strategy by managing our signature fundraising events, as well as overseeing a portfolio of individual and corporate donors.
